Travel agency: Coral Travel Туроператор (Kyiv) Service type: пакетный тур |
The story began in winter, before quarantine. We, two adults and a 5-year-old child, booked the Gural premier Tekirova with the Coral Travel operator, now its cost is 3500 euros per week for 2+1. Our Gural did not open, we were offered an alternative to Amara DV, its level is lower, we refused, the rooms are small, Coral Travel offered only the standard. They also offered Rixos Tekirova, but it is no longer a secret for anyone that it is very old, crumbling, the reviews are very sad. Having studied all the hotels in Kemer, we came to the conclusion that we would have to go to Belek, because the budget was early booking, and now choose at the peak of the season within the same amount. (Which, in my opinion, is not fair, because we paid 50% of the amount back in winter, so let's choose at winter prices). We chose Sueno deluxe belek. To the territory, food, no complaints. A surprise was waiting for us when we saw our Standard Sea View room, which was generously offered by Coral Travel to replace Gural. Upon arrival, it turned out that we had booked an Eco room, other ROH operators also call such rooms and sell them for 400 euros cheaper. And Coral calls them standard and a photo of a completely different category of room was posted on the site. So what is this number? And this is a family room converted into two Eco rooms, these rooms have one common entrance to two rooms, even the digits of the number are the same, only the prefix 1 and 2. So, if you are “lucky” and you will be accommodated in a room with a prefix 2 , then you will not have a bed, but a sofa, but a mattress on top, you will not have a mirror, only in the toilet above the sink, there will be a large one in the common corridor) there will be no dressing room, and the size of the room is much smaller than rooms with a prefix 1. Because 1 is for parents and 2 for their children. By the way, 1 has it all, but the category is the same.
After half a day of hassle at the reception, we managed to “knock out” a room with the prefix 1. In which the casing on the door fell off, the lock works every other time, but this is much better than the first number. By the way, sea view, you will see if you lean out well from the balcony. (Such a view is not a sea view but a sea SIDE view ). Photos are all available, so as not to be unfounded.
And now about the occupancy of the hotel, while the guide was driving, he told how scrupulous the Turks are, they observe security measures, the hotels are no more than 60% full. And here, at the reception, the administrator says that the hotel is full to capacity for all 100% of the rooms there are no free rooms at all.
The deluxe rooms are good, the price is 30 euros higher, but the room difference is huge. This is how Coral Travel saved 30 euros, because they don't care about their tourists. Until you pay the money, they call three times a day, and as soon as you are on the hook, you call, they won’t even remember you.
