I want to express my gratitude to the transfer guides of Odeon Tours, who accompanied us on the way from/to the airport, as well as the guides who went on excursions with us - Davut (excursion to Pamukalle) and Alex (Georgian, excursion to Expo 2016) - well done guys . It is evident that they love and appreciate their work.

At the same time, I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the work of the hotel guide Svetlana (operator Odeon Tours), she is only interested in cramming excursions, nothing more.

She told us what a wonderful international exhibition is taking place in Antalya - Expo 2016. That every self-respecting person should visit her. Moreover, world-class stars perform there and it is impossible to miss this. And the price is the same at the same time, with stars, without them.

We booked this tour with her for Thursday, July 07, when there was supposed to be a show by a famous illusionist. We really wanted to see him. We paid on time for the day. We were scheduled to come to the reception at 18:00. At 15:00 we pass by her and she tells us that I'm sorry, but the bus left two hours earlier and she couldn't find us to tell us. This is a paradox: she took our viber number from us. The phone was with me all the time and I was always in touch. It would also be possible to take the microphone from the animation and call us loudly. She did not take any steps towards our search. Instead, she began to make excuses that, in fact, all these performances are complete nonsense, there is nothing to watch there, and it’s inconvenient, because. have to stand. So we won't lose anything if we just go for a walk at the exhibition the next day. Strange, but at the meeting, on the contrary, she praised these performances and tried to sell us a tour.

Anyway. We agree for the same money to go the next day, but without the performance of the stars. Time we are told 15:55. Arrive at reception by 3:30 pm. At 14:00 we approach it and check whether everything is in force, whether the time has changed. Svetlana confirms that she will arrive at 15:30, because the bus will be at 15:55.

We go to the room to clean up after swimming in the seas. At 14:40, the phone in the room rings (I’m just in the shower, and after me my husband is waiting in line to go to the shower) and they tell us that the bus has arrived and that we urgently need to get out. no one will wait for us. I ask how can this be? we still have a whole hour before the bus, and they say that Svetlana gave us incorrect time information. And if we want to go, then urgently go out this very minute. Naturally, it was impossible to do this, because. I had to finish the shower procedures, dry my hair, put myself in order, get dressed. The bus waited 2 minutes and ...... left. But the transfer guide Alex still has a conscience and he returned the bus. I thank him for this and for the pleasant company. We gathered in 20 minutes and at 15:10 we were on the bus. At the same time, after listening to a bunch of indignation from other tourists on the bus, because. they thought that due to our "long gathering" and the bus stopping, the excursion would be reduced by this time. The mood was gone. And there was nothing to see at the exhibition itself, because. at such a time, most of the pavilions were already closed (and we were naturally taken shopping before the exhibition). Money wasted (at $40.00 per person). And all through the fault of the guide Svetlana, who disrupted our trip twice. And after all, if she had not let us down, then the day before we would have been able to see the show of illusionists, and not the closed pavilions.
