We decided to organize a tour to Bulgaria with Coral travel. Organized our trip at first glance "responsible" manager Karina.
Before arriving at the hotel everything was perfect, but after arriving at the hotel it turned out that the "responsible" Karina did not book rooms for 5 people, and the hotel told us there are no free rooms and we will not be accommodated. So, as they arrived at night, they said at the reception until the morning, and maybe then something will be decided. We waited at the reception for 7 hours in agony. The vouchers indicated incomprehensible contacts of the hotel, especially since we confirmed the 3 * hotel, and we were accommodated in 2 * with terrible conditions. Later we called the tour management. companies, thanks to them and the Bulgarian tour operators we were accommodated in a hotel. In no case do I recommend organizing trips with Coral travel, and especially with the "responsible" manager Karina.
