Guide in Egypt (Ismail) - was supposed to come to the meeting at 13.30. We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes. We called Lviv in about 30 minutes and advised us to apply for a recess and they will help find a guide.
The hotel turned out to be a corner with information about all travel agencies and helped us find our guide, who was justified by the fact that he was not told about us, the city, which is offered to all tourists - what we consider fools offended the most. We did not see the guide for the whole vacation.
This company was chosen, although the price is higher than the Join Up, but motivated that there are no delays (the flight was postponed for 4 hours from 12.34 to 14.35-15.30-16.20-departed). Although the UIA plane is new, it is very uncomfortable - you rest your feet on the chair in front.
