We chose the company by chance, I liked the hotel, which was chosen independently, this hotel was offered by this travel agency.
Contacting a travel agency hotel changed on their recommendation and were satisfied. Manager Julia very respectfully took into account our wishes, promptly offered other options. We clarified and took into account everything many times. The insurance was activated on vacation. Everything was clear and repaired, there were no problems. Accompanying guides during the transfer and on excursions also worked at the level.
