I chose the Color-Travel travel agency quite by accident - a friend advised me and I added them to VKontakte and sometimes read ads about certain tours. I also got into the office at Heroes of Labor quite by accident - I just often drove past from work / to work. And one day I decided to relax with my family by the sea, and on the way to work I stopped by the Color-Travel office at Heroes of Labor. I was met by a very beautiful girl Inna, whose professionalism pleasantly surprised me, it fully corresponded to her bright appearance. Of course, I gave her a number of difficulties - I am not a simple tourist, I have three children, which imposes some restrictions on the choice of hotels, in addition, the son is still quite a baby (a year and a half at the time of the trip), and we also do not like noisy hotels, hotels where there are a lot of Russians (Tagil does not always rule), well, and a bunch of all sorts of requirements for little things. Inna very intuitively and accurately followed my instructions and provided me with exactly the options that suited our difficult rider. All that was left was to choose the option that suits the price.. When making the final decision, Inna's colleague Dima, who worked as a guide and lived in many hotels for a long time, also provided invaluable assistance. He told, so to speak, "information from the inside", the features and nuances of each hotel we chose. In the end, we made the choice and did not regret it a bit! It was perhaps our best holiday, although we have something to compare with and we have always chosen a hotel very carefully. Everything met our requirements and even more than. I really enjoyed working with Inna and Dima, they are real professionals in their field, people are really in their place. I will definitely apply again!
