Spoiled vacation

Like many, read good reviews on the Internet about this company. My husband and I decided to fly abroad for the first time and turn to Color Travel. It all started great, the manager, as it seemed to us, told everything in detail, suggested a supposedly beautiful hotel with wonderful photos. The result was one - the photos did not correspond to reality, and we were disappointed in many ways. Upon arrival, we contacted the travel agency and told about the "wonderful vacation" in the "4 *" hotel. Even showed a photo for reliable information. To which the reaction from the managers was 0. In addition to nodding his head and following "well, sorry" we did not hear anything. It's a shame that our first vacation was spoiled, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, and of course we will never contact Color Travel again, and we will advise someone even more so. If you want to waste your money, this is the place for you.
