I usually write bad reviews.
but since I just arrived from vacation, I will share my joy and impressions with the Internet community, namely with those who are looking for reviews about kirovograd travel agencies (like I did two weeks ago:).
so, the staff of the city tour - deservedly eats their bread.
I came to their office, started asking, and they told everything so provocatively that they say it’s not good now to fly where I first wanted, because now it’s like the season of spider bugs there.
My questions were answered clearly, and not mumbled like in other travel agencies.
then they showed photos of the resort where I later went.
in one word - well done. work very professionally.
overjoyed that I will no longer waste time looking for a good travel agency.
