In Kirovograd it is very difficult to find people who really professionally explain what's what and why. first of all, they correctly explained to me what the program of the tour was, the price, a wonderful agency! Very sincere and patient attitude towards tourists! I flew to Prague and was very pleased! Tickets and visa were ready a week before departure. The trip went like clockwork. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation and excursion program is beyond praise! If I didn’t know that this is a three-star hotel, I wouldn’t have believed it in my life! Elena and Julia took into account and foresaw all my wishes, despite the fact that I am a client with requests. From now on, I turn only to "City Tour" and recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart! Elena and Yulia are personally grateful for their caring, patient and sincere attitude!
