Rest in Crimea

My wife and I bought a groupon tour for us and the child. There are no complaints about flights and transfers. Everything is clear. But with regard to the service at the hotel, there was a disagreement between what was stated and the fact. Promised a buffet for breakfast and a menu to choose from for dinner. Nothing either. Strictly their menu. Not the most useful. They promised a free pool, but in fact it is paid and not cheap. Fits to the beach honestly worse than ever seen. Construction debris along the way, dust and unkempt territory. They promised free sun loungers and umbrellas, but it turned out that this is also paid on the Internet in the VIP zone of the Courage entertainment center for also not cheap. The hotel did not report a set of linen. I had to beg at 11 pm. And so the hotel is decent, the rooms are fully consistent with the description, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. The room is spacious. The staff is ok too.
