It all started well: we bought a coupon through Groupon, called the indicated phone number - nice talkative employees, a wonderful hotel. We paid on the same day, they sent us a contract on five sheets, filled it out and sent it. Full payment was made ONE MONTH BEFORE THE PLANNED TRIP!

Two days before departure, miracles began: a letter arrives about the impossibility of departure for the tour. "Well, - we say, - we understand, we will fly out a week later."

“No,” they say, “a week later is also impossible, because you will not fly back”

"Why??? After all, the seats are booked!"

"You see, - they say, - the plane is small!"

And it began ... You can’t buy tickets yourself - “sorry, not provided”, “have you booked a hotel?” - "Sorry, I unfortunately can not answer this question." By the way, we were already ready to buy a ticket to Simferopol ourselves, we called the hotel, but THERE WAS NO BOOKING IN OUR NAME!

Lovely employees were immediately replaced: a certain Maria, previously kind, turned into an answering machine, Roman Simakov - into a cynical, extremely busy "manager" who is distracted from work by our calls and letters! Director Andrei Kravchenko - not available at all!

After three days of hassle, long-distance negotiations and read reviews, we realized that we were dealing with scammers who work according to the usual scheme of taking money from gullible tourists.

Now we are trying to return the money, but the vacation, which the whole family and friends have been waiting for all year, has been disrupted. The mood is spoiled, the desire to poke your nose at least once in Ukraine is completely killed!

The Ukrainian government should declare "special gratitude" for services to the native fatherland to the valiant company BS Travel and its employees, especially Roman Simakov! This person not only did not try to resolve the problem, not only did not apologize for the murdered holiday, but had the audacity to make claims to us (!!!) for a disrespectful tone !!! And then he was offended, the little one, and completely stopped answering letters and calls, slipping his colleagues instead of himself, who, as if by magic, ceased to understand what was at stake))

It would be hilarious if it weren't so sad! Today my family and friends and I were supposed to swim in the sea, but instead I am sitting in a stuffy city and writing this review))

FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES AND JUST GOOD PEOPLE! NEVER USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR NERVES, MONEY AND NOT LOSE FAITH IN PEOPLE!

PS: If Roman Simakov, who is not respected by me, nevertheless transfers the money stolen from us, contacts me and apologizes, I will definitely unsubscribe
