I would like to express my regret and disappointment from the tour "European Capitals" organized by BS Travel.
To begin with, the operator actually offers an agreement for the sale of the tour, the terms of which are contrary to the Law of Ukraine and the law on consumer protection, the operator sends the agreement after we have booked the tour. At the same time, the contract clearly states that sightseeing tours are included in the price of the tour. But in spite of everything, BS Travel has its own ideas about the interpretation of the provisions of their own proposed contract, and therefore, after crossing the border, tourists are charged an additional 60 euros for sightseeing tours (of course, without checks and receipts).
On the second day of our trip, without explaining the reason, our "tour leader" Andrei Pilepets changes the tour program - instead of visiting the castles of Bobolice and Bedzhin, they take us to Krakow and promise to visit Wroclaw on the last day (which we never got into due to the fault of the drivers and the "tour leader ").
All our travel across Europe passed under the slogan "from a toilet to a toilet". If you decide to go on this "adventure" think about how comfortable you will feel THREE and a HALF HOURS without the opportunity to go to the toilet.
It's just SADISM.
The bus in which we were taken was not even secondhand, but a concentration camp on wheels. Drivers on the road smoked and the ventilation carried it all over the cabin. Such a concept as dry cleaning of the interior and clean windows is probably not familiar to drivers or BS Travel.
Almost the entire daylight hours we were on the road and only in the afternoon at five in the evening did we arrive in the cities we visited. That is, it would be more logical to call our tour "Evening European Capitals". How much will you see in the evening? Do you take a lot of pictures???
I especially remember a walk around Montmartre (although I would call it ASCENT because you, tired of a 9-hour bus ride, will be forced to almost run up a 9-storey building stairs and offered a 10-minute visit to the Sacré Coeur Basilica under the gaze of Latin American and African pickpockets. And then the guide Ivan Ivanovich will again almost run you through a tiny square where you CANNOT see the creations of street artists (- Well, who is already doing something there, at eight in the evening!? - Ivan Ivanovich will artistically recite, and not this is included in my program. - Can I ask Ivan Ivanovich? - No, it’s not possible, IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY PROGRAM) ... Thank you very much Ivan Ivanovich for the poems, but I didn’t go to Paris to listen to poetry.
I want to separately mention Alexei, a guide in Amsterdam, after his tour I want to stay in the Netherlands forever.
Guides in other cities told each in their own style, but at the same time at such a frantic pace that I didn’t remember anything.
There is nothing to thank Andriy Pilepets, who accompanied the group, because of his fault we did not get to Bobolice, Bedzhin, Wroclaw, we spent five hours at the police control point. Not attention, rudeness and inability to resolve the inconsistencies that arose, that's what he demonstrated for his part.
In conclusion, I will say that Europe is beautiful, but this particular tour from BS Travel is just a NIGHTMARE. Do you want to test it for yourself?
Then I wish you good luck.
For me, BS Travel ceased to exist as a tour operator.
With respect to all tourists, Alexander.
