Complete disregard for customers

This year we flew to the Crimea with my family, an air tour to the Crimea from Samara. Came back 2 days ago. We bought a tour from a Samara company, they explained to us that the host party and the tour operator BS TRAVEL organizes Samara-Simferopol charters for the first year. We were seduced by a good hotel, VERY good price and only 2 hours flight instead of the usual two days by train to Crimea. In general, we had a very good rest, despite the fact that we were incorrectly informed about the beach by the agency. not your own, but the city! it is not so important, in comparison with what happened on the day of departure. . I'll start over. . I would like to separately tell about how the tour operator BS TRAVEL worked with us, hosting us in the Crimea. In addition to the fact that BS met us at the airport and put us on a transfer to the hotel, they did not deal with us anymore. They did not offer excursions, did not inform about the time of departure back, did not answer calls at all. In general, we may not have noticed this, if not for how our vacation ended !! We did not have return tickets - they explained to us that the tour operator would accompany us at the airport and we would most likely be registered with our passports, tickets would not be needed, but the departure time could change. They called them repeatedly the day before departure, on the day of departure. There was no information. NO! 2 hours before departure to the airport indicated in the contract, we were informed that we would return back by bus, not by plane!! Just put before the fact! Nothing to explain the change of transport!! 50 people were transported from the Crimea to Samara by bus, completely unsuitable for long-distance and international transportation. The bus was obviously very old and out of order, I was very afraid that we would not get there at all (the bus broke down on the way, there was no navigator. The drivers wandered around in Russian cities for several hours. There were no stops at roadside cafes, nor a serviceable dry closet "They stopped only at gas stations and in forest plantations. On the way, many caught a cold ... there were a lot of people with small children. In general, it was SIMPLY HORRIBLE. .. And most importantly, people were NOT ready for this ABSOLUTELY!! Do they really spend their bus tours on these same buses?!!! Yes, it's time for them to scrap!!! Not to mention the fact that a 43-hour bus ride is not an equivalent replacement for a 2-hour flight! moreover, representatives of BS TRAVEL blamed the agency in which we bought the ticket! What relation to their actions the agency can have - I'll never know!! There have already been so many stories with the ruin of tour operators, when people were simply left in a foreign country, evicted from hotels for non-payment of accommodation. Do they really think that people are so stupid not to understand that in such situations the tour operator, who is the organizer of the entire tour, is primarily to blame !!! In any case, one thing is clear: we, the tourists, were simply hostages of the situation in this whole story!! It's just a scam to put people on a bus instead of a flight!! Upon arrival, I found a wonderful response to the work of BS TRAVEL, already from an agency that had previously collaborated with them in other areas and there is the same nonsense. It seems that they are profiting in this way, as they have not yet been caught! I want to reach out to everyone!! if you are told by the BS TRAVEL tour operator - do not buy a tour, tickets, nothing for anything !! You can expect everything from them!! They don't care what happens to people. . . . !!!
