The Groupon company together with the tour operator BS Travel throws people! The BS Travel company is bankrupt, more than 500 people have been scammed for money in Russia and Ukraine! On 09/19/13, Groupon was selling scam tours, which suggests that they were working on a kickback scheme! The Groupon company responds to my letters with standard answers →

It all started well: we bought a coupon through Groupon, called the indicated phone number - nice talkative employees, a wonderful hotel. We paid on the same day, they sent us a contract on five sheets, filled it out and sent it. Full payment was made ONE MONTH BEFORE THE PLANNED TRIP! Two days before departure, miracles began: a letter arrives about the impossibility of departure for the tour. →

I bought a coupon for a trip to the Crimea from Samara through Groupon: 2 adults on the coupon and a child directly 10,000 rubles were paid to the BS Travel account. A week before departure, a letter arrived that the group was not recruited and they were ready to return the money. The fact that the group was not recruited they knew back in mid-June, only they decided to notify about it at the end of July. →

I read reviews before departure, it became scary to go, but everything turned out to be super. I also want to stand up for Bs travel, now I am in the Crimea, I bought a tour with a coupon, it includes air travel, transfers and a hotel. The flight went perfectly, we were met in Simferopol, as promised, taken by bus to the hotel, the Camelot Hotel - just super, beautiful in the picture, we thought it was photoshop, but it really was beautiful when we arrived! we arrived in the evening, we were fed dinner: borscht, dumplings, salad, everything was delicious! As in all restaurants, the prices for a custom menu are about the same as in Moscow, but they didn’t expect anything else) Curator Vladimir is with us for the second day, answers questions, helped change the currency in the evening upon arrival, when all the exchangers were closed, offers and signs up for excursions. →

My wife and I bought a groupon tour for us and the child. There are no complaints about flights and transfers. Everything is clear. But with regard to the service at the hotel, there was a disagreement between what was stated and the fact. Promised a buffet for breakfast and a menu to choose from for dinner. Nothing either. Strictly their menu. Not the most useful. →

The tour was booked in advance, in February, 3 weeks before departure, it was reported that the group was not recruited, well, it happens. Only now they don’t want to return the money, or rather, they seem to be going, but they don’t say when! I do not advise you to get in touch, because, as it turned out, this is their usual practice - to collect money and not return it, there are already many victims and lawsuits in court. →

I would like to share my negative impression about BS Travel. We bought the Classical Italy tour from her in November 2012. The tour was planned as a honeymoon trip. But 10 days before we called by phone we were told that the tour was canceled, other tours were offered only a month later! Taking into account the fact that vacations were planned for the year, and the eventfulness of the tour, the transfer was impossible. →

I would like to express my regret and disappointment from the tour "European Capitals" organized by BS Travel. To begin with, the operator actually offers an agreement for the sale of the tour, the terms of which are contrary to the Law of Ukraine and the law on consumer protection, the operator sends the agreement after we have booked the tour. At the same time, the contract clearly states that sightseeing tours are included in the price of the tour. →

My husband and I went on a tour from October 28. Much of the tour was not completed. On the 2nd day, the tour program was replaced by Krakow. The Germans kept us on the road for almost 5 hours. Day 3 - Potsdam was canceled, replaced by the Pergamon Museum. Sorry, but this is not an equivalent replacement - go and visit a city or just a museum in the same city (for the same money). →
