Representatives of Anex Tour are impudent, stupid, greedy extortionists. Why are tourists OBLIGED to attend their tour sales meetings? Why are the problems of tourists solved if you come to the meeting, and if you don’t come, then they defiantly ignore you? Tourists are constantly intimidated - either they won’t come to pick them up from the hotel, or they promise some problems with the police, etc. →

In fact, the problem is not worth complicating things like that, but the company considered it necessary not to meet tourists and do it their own way, but first things first. It immediately became clear to me that the hotel does not correspond to the 4 * level (the reception looks worse than a barn in the countryside), which I informed the accompanying guide. →
