The quality of service at the agency was so-so .. The approach was not very good, the girl at the agency didn’t tell anything special .. It’s good that we had already flown to the Tropics and I myself asked the questions I needed. If I hadn’t asked them myself, no one was going to tell me anything, and the information was important, you had to know in advance that it gets dark early there, that there is nowhere to go, that living creatures are present, meaning mosquitoes, ants ; no one warned that you need to take some funds with you. →

I liked everything in the agency, but I bought a ticket somewhere in 27 days, and 3 days later they called me back and said that the ticket was resold to someone at a higher price and the hotel was changed to me. How that could be, I can't even imagine. I had to go to Side, but I went to Kemer. I was very dissatisfied with this, but there was nowhere to go, my vacation was gone. →

Excellent service from the agency. As for the tour operator, there were transfers of flights both on the way there and on the way back. We flew to Turkey 2 hours earlier, back - 2 hours later. The manager at the Anex Tour agency was a contact person, she provided all the information on time, she informed me in advance about the transfer of the flight. →

There were no transfers of flights, but there was not a big delay in the cost of repairs. With the transfer, everything was good. If they were going back, they didn’t realize the stench, they put a schedule for leaving the hotel, at the reception I know the schedule, but it wasn’t ours, we were late, even if our bus was running for the 20th century. →

The flight was postponed by about 1 hour when we flew there, but we were warned in advance, so everything is fine. The agency also served us well, no complaints. The transfer is good. →
