I liked everything in the agency, but I bought a ticket somewhere in 27 days, and 3 days later they called me back and said that the ticket was resold to someone at a higher price and the hotel was changed to me. How that could be, I can't even imagine. I had to go to Side, but I went to Kemer. I was very dissatisfied with this, but there was nowhere to go, my vacation was gone. Everything was fine with the transfer. The agency upset me, they sent me to the wrong place ... but probably they are not to blame for this.
