We were helped to choose a hotel, because initially we chose a different one. They explained to us all the shortcomings of that hotel and advised us to put it better. Everything was sorted out pretty quickly. The flight was wonderful. There were no transfers or flight delays, everything was fine. →

At the moment when I found a hotel that interested me and sent it to him, he gave out the price. Everything was quite normal. If we evaluate the ANEX TOUR agency separately from their guide, but the agency deserves 5, but the guide does not even deserve 1. If the guys served us quickly and efficiently, then the guide is absolutely negligent about his work. He did not respond to our requests in any way, we wanted to move to another hotel, he did not help at all. He said that these are only our problems, but everything suits him. →
