The quality of service at the agency was good, I was quickly consulted, warned about the departure, booked seats on the flight. I didn’t like that the guide didn’t approach us at the hotel, so he didn’t appear at the hotel (it was to introduce the FLASH TOUR tour operator). We flew to Egypt and waited too long for the transfer, we didn't like it. On the way back to the airport we took a taxi, we didn't want to go to all the hotels.
