In a word - sharashkin's office. If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place to go. Entrusted rest 3 days in Zatoka. I paid for two, at the last moment the guy did not manage to go, the money was not returned to me. They said that they had already paid for both the bus and the base. But on the bus, to my surprise, the seat next to me was occupied by another person. The trip cost 600 hryvnia for one, it cost me 1000 hryvnia. They brought the "Golden Bunch" to the base - it's just ruins. Even if they paid me extra, I would not live there in my life. Everything is falling apart, there is an iron bed in the room, the door closes only from the outside with a barn lock, no light, a toilet-cesspool across the road, an outdoor shower and a dining room in such a terrible state. The only positive is that it is right on the beach. When I asked to change the conditions, they said at most they would change the room at the same base. Unfortunately, due to my stupidity, I don’t have a single document or contract from them, the money was transferred to the Privat Bank card. As a result, I had to independently look for a place to live, I also had to pay 320 UAH for an excellent room with a toilet, a hot shower, overlooking the sea for three days 320 UAH opposite in "Izyuminka". But the feeling and disgust for this travel agency forever. I wish no one gets caught on such a vacation.
