For a long time they chose where to go to relax with good conditions and accidentally saw an advertisement for "4 seasons", a Chernomorsky mini hotel in Zatoka. We came to the agency, immediately told and showed everything, friendly staff, we liked everything very much and without hesitation we decided to book a room. We drove in a comfortable bus, the drivers were good, they drove us carefully))))) It seems that everything is not bad in the work of the agency, we got what we wanted, but there are moments that we did not like:

1. After paying the security deposit, it seemed to us that it became clear that we had nowhere to go and we could be slaughtered as customers. To the best of our busyness, we almost forgot to pay the full cost of the tour a week before departure, no one from the agency called to remind, to announce the required amount of payment, the time when you can come. It's called guess it yourself. Then they promised to call back the day before departure and tell them everything about the bus, places, etc. Called back on the day of departure at lunchtime. And you sit and think you are going today or not. Punctuality and accountability are lacking.

2. As for the hotel - there are beautiful photos on the site and everything is beautifully written, in real life it is a little different, but not critical. Photos of the rooms were taken from a 5-storey building, and they are settled in a 3-storey one.

3. We went there accompanied by Oleg, back with a girl. Who she is and what her name is is not clear. She didn’t introduce herself, didn’t say hello, got on the bus, counted and drove off.

Will we contact again in season 4? I think yes. I hope our review will help correct minor errors in customer service.
