Universe, has proven itself as the worst carrier !!! I do not advise anyone, such trips, in such wonderful buses, with boorish drivers and stupid managers !!! People should thank you for a good trip, not curse you !! YOU CAN WRITE A LOT !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND 1000 %%% TO ANYONE !!!!! LET THOSE WHO DRIVE THIS COMPANY, ALTHOUGH THEY WILL TAKE A RIDE IN →

There are huge claims to the work of "Univers". I strongly do not recommend this unfortunate carrier. Bus Bari-Kyiv did not arrive at the appointed time. We got on the bus, and there was no smell of comfort there. We bought 8 tickets (round trip), more than once emphasizing that we eat with children of 7 and 5 years old. And yet, on the way back, in the middle of the night with a delay of 2 hours, we were pushed into the bus to the very last places. →

I contacted the travel agency with a request for a tour by e-mail. They answered immediately and completely to all questions, even those related to sockets in Hungary :). Chose a hotel in Hajdúszoboszló. Sent documents, issued a visa for 1 week. The organization of the tour was according to the program. Everything matched. Excellent tour operator!. →
