Do not recommend, horrible

There are huge claims to the work of "Univers". I strongly do not recommend this unfortunate carrier. Bus Bari-Kyiv did not arrive at the appointed time. We got on the bus, and there was no smell of comfort there. We bought 8 tickets (round trip), more than once emphasizing that we eat with children of 7 and 5 years old. And yet, on the way back, in the middle of the night with a delay of 2 hours, we were pushed into the bus to the very last places. The driver ignored our request to put the children somewhere in the middle of the bus, while saying that they had to give certain places with the children from the office. When the morning came, being in roaming, we got through to the Universe Office, and to our claim about the seats, they answered that the driver has our fixed seats: 30,31,32,33. By no means did we sit, not on these places, but in the very "ass" (sorry for the frankness) of the bus. Where the back of the seat does not go down at all, where there is no food stand and a glass, where it is terribly hot and there is nothing to breathe. For there the engine and stank of rubber. What would you understand, at the very end of the bus there were somewhere 6 children (parents next to them), they constantly complained about headaches and pain in the tummy, and one child was constantly vomiting, and there was no toilet for the child to be able to wash up. In general, it is a pity for the kids who have endured all this. Passengers also spent almost two days, as they say in dry food, because no hot drinks, as promised, no one gave us. The bus is dirty with a non-working air conditioning system, there is no toilet, the staff was rude to the passengers, and smoked on the bus during the trip. And the worst thing is that it just finished off !!!! When they called from the bus to the office, and again upon arrival, in order to hear at least some kind of reaction, or an apology for the inconvenience and behavior of the drivers. Then they answered us, say thank you for eating, and not walking. You are brought here and rejoice.
