Agency "Ethnotour" fully satisfied all my needs, both in the speed of service and the quality of the transfer. The agency staff politely listened to all my wishes and quickly found a suitable option. All prearranged details, such as hotels, tour price, transfer were true. So, thanks to the agency, my vacation went even without small troubles. →

It all started small. Instead of a normal bus, a minivan with two seats at the exit (which obviously has no place there), or rather at the exit ... because the person sitting on them has to constantly get up to let others through. But you'll be told, minivan, it's good because it can drive anywhere (remember that) More more ... Not to mention the tour operator's constant advertising of its "beautiful places" and the shops you have to visit. →

We returned from the tour "Transcarpathian fairy tale". I want to immediately refute the negative reviews about the bus. When we found out that the bus would be small, we were upset (as in the previous review they wrote "an ordinary minibus"). But all the benefits are already felt on the way. Firstly, the group is small and there are no queues during stops. →

I do not advise. No service. The price-performance ratio is clearly not in the direction of impressions. The bus is an ordinary minibus, it is very difficult to endure a night crossing. Sleepless night + in the morning immediately to the waterfall and the ski lift without stopping at the hotel. Don't wash or change. Meals are not organized, i.e. run around the shops in search of food. →

We celebrated the New Year with a sightseeing tour in Transcarpathia. Comfortable bus, professional drivers, excellent local guides. The curator of the group, Konstantin Koval, carried out his work very responsibly and, in addition to a clear organization, gave a lot of interesting information about the history of the region. We will definitely use the services of a travel agency again, preferably with the same group curator. →

We recently returned from the "Lights of Italy" tour, which we bought from Etnotour.. This is not the first time we have been traveling with Etnotour, but this was the first trip abroad.. All information was provided to the extent necessary, tickets and bookings were sent on time. . Transfers and excursions were organized at a good level, there were no delays or changes in the program, which allowed us, as tourists, to relax, not to think about organizing logistics, but simply to enjoy the wonderful moments of the trip. →

I want to leave a review about the trip Kherson + Askania Nova, which took place on 30.04-02.05.2017. The trip initially went wrong, the bus was late for an hour and a half, which left its mark on the whole trip. As it turned out, this program was "experimental" and the route was supposed to be run on us, as we were informed by the head of the group. →

Tour "Weekend in the Carpathians" with her husband spent together with Ethnotour, the impressions are absolutely positive, the road is difficult, 12 hours on the bus in one direction, but comfortable 2-storey, with air conditioning, we stopped every 2.5-3 hours, it was possible to warm up. Vladimir accompanied the group (about 70 people), worked professionally, virtuously, organized everything perfectly, despite the large number of people. →

We went with Ethnotour to Beregovo in January 2016 It began with the fact that the senior of the group did not have enough space on the bus "miscalculated" and we went with one driver who drove us for 14 hours in a row (passenger safety by 5) there is no cafe there, they prepared something inedible, and in the rooms there is such a stink of sewerage, horror. →
