I do not advise anyone to fall into this nightmare. . . What are we paying money for? - for organizing recreation and solving problems that arise in the course of action. They took the money, but solve the problems yourself, we already have the money, and nothing else worries us. they paid for the ticket 4 days before departure, a day later the person goes to the hospital, the money was said not to be returned at all, do what you want, then do it, they don’t care. No one offered travel insurance, they didn’t even hear about it, other companies offer it to each client, it happens differently, and the person decides whether to take it or not. We ourselves found another person, as they said they would not return a penny. On departure back, from Egypt, the flight was postponed 3 hours later, and then another 2 hours, respectively, upon arrival in Kyiv, we are late for the train, which we also paid for at the company, there can be no question of a refund for the train, they say, "what did you want... money disappears. .. "and they don't want to change them for another train," we don't do that. . "It's good that people took a copy of the tickets from them, and went to the ticket office themselves, returned the tickets. Why do we pay money if we have to solve all the problems ourselves? By the way, you can’t say anything bad about Egypt, people there know their job, everything is the highest level! And here no one is interested in providing you with services, their goal is to take money from you, the rest - your problems do not bother us!!!
