Went on my own for the first time. I was very worried. The travel agency explained everything, gave a package of documents in which all the important phones were highlighted. We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel and the agent did not leave until I was settled. I felt like I was being taken care of. Picked up from hotel to airport on time. All perfectly!!!!
