Good afternoon everyone. I want to leave a review and tell you about an unforgettable bus trip to Moscow for the New Year holidays with the tour operator "Black Sea Tour League". I am writing so late, because there are many impressions, but few good ones. (Sevastopol - Simferopol - Feodosia - Kerch - Varonezh - Rostov - on - Don - Moscow - Kolomna - Moscow - Varonezh - Rostov - on - Don - Sevastopol) Varonizh, was passing through. →

The worst organization of the tour in all respects: transfer (bus broke down, internal transfer in Abkhazia - without any guarantees that you will be taken somewhere at all); the work of a guide in Abkhazia is rudeness and unprofessionalism, an attempt to give tourists counterfeit alcohol to drink; no documents were issued when collecting the surcharge on the bus; the accompanying group refused to resolve any issues at all, saying that she did not work for this Tour Operator and decide everything with them yourself; did not issue any documents for a group tour and medical insurance. →

The first review for some reason was not displayed, I'm trying to leave a negative review again. We found for ourselves a new tour from Sevastopol to Makhachkala (Caspian Express). The first time they came, they specified they left an advance payment. We got seats in the second half of the bus: as the manager explained for this tour, many people wanted to. →

There were only positive impressions about the work of the managers of the travel agency "BLACK SEA TOUR LEAGUE". Yulia and Oksana were attentive to all the wishes and truthfully answered all the questions, the promises were kept on time. We had a great rest, I hope not for the last time))). →
