Good afternoon everyone. I want to leave a review and tell you about an unforgettable bus trip to Moscow for the New Year holidays with the tour operator "Black Sea Tour League".

I am writing so late, because there are many impressions, but few good ones.

Perhaps I’ll start from the very beginning with a price list where it was clearly indicated that a Euro-class bus (comfortable), New Year’s Eve on Red Square, a sightseeing bus tour of Rostov and this is a small part of what I want to draw your attention to!

A bus arrives at the meeting point, and at that moment, I wanted to immediately take my suitcases and go home, the bus is dirty, the old Bogdan bus from the series, here the question immediately arises for the tour operator, what do you think about when you send a bus of this kind for trips with long distance route? The head of the group, Anna Nikolenko, is immediately met by a smiling, pleasant, sociable girl, but I will tell you more about this later.

Let's move on, don't judge by the cover, hope for the best.... The bus is uncomfortable, the seats are not comfortable, wooden, the steps do not open, the windows are so dirty that you can’t even see where you are going, the ventilation does not work, the speakers are phony, 10 hours of terrible hum, your head is splitting, water is dripping from the hatch. They drowned all the way so that there was not enough air, and everything dried up in the throat, and the most interesting thing, no matter how many times they said it, nothing changed. In a word, sheer hell! But, as they say, where ours did not teach! We eat for the holidays and really don’t want to spoil our mood, we endure, dutifully eat further.

Then our adventure continued, in a canteen near Voronezh, where the canteen staff looked at us like what the hell did you come up with, okay, you can close your eyes to this, because this is not the most important thing. A little about the food in this dining room, in a word, slop, I apologize for being so categorical, but it is exactly so. I will not procrastinate for a long time, the food is terrible, the service is terrible, the unsanitary conditions are complete. The only hope is that they didn’t pick up some kind of wand or worse. This raises a question for the leader of the group… How can you bring people to such a place? Is it really impossible to work out other options, in the end it’s better to say that there are no canteens along the way and buy guys something at gas stations than to lead to one like this. Okay, and this is not so critical, although these are the shortcomings of the group leader, that she did not take care of this. I also want to note how Anna announced the stops. We eat, who is sleeping, who is napping, the departure was early and then it is loud for the whole bus STOP, LEAVING, YOU HAVE 15 minutes, well, or 20, I won’t lie, it’s not about time. Is it really so difficult to report a stop at least 5 minutes in advance? We are all undermined, sleepy, we rise sharply and run! Guys, this is not a barracks!

We go further, we arrive in Rostov very late, we have a sightseeing tour of Rostov. The funny thing is, how can there be a two-hour sightseeing tour with dirty, misted windows? There are no complaints about the Rostov guide, I met you kindly, told him in an accessible way, said goodbye with a smile. Thank you. Appeal to the group leader, tell me, you know that we arrive at the hotel late, is it really so difficult to offer a stop at a supermarket? And do not tell everyone upon arrival at the hotel. What is next to Pyaterochka, which closes in 15 minutes? As a result, we arrived at the hotel, there are no complaints, everything is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, fresh (Swedish table), the rooms are comfortable, there is everything, the staff is smiling.

We go further to Moscow. On the way, the traffic police stopped the bus 3 times and forced the drivers to wash the windshield, guys, it's a shame! As far as I know, long-distance buses have glass treated with a special liquid so that the windows do not fog up ... We are approaching Moscow, this is so by intuition, since nothing was visible through the bus windows, the back falls off, itching in the throat, but we arrived with grief in half . But most importantly, everyone understands perfectly well that the next day is a sightseeing tour of Moscow, and the bus is so dirty and you can’t see anything through the windows, and the drivers are not going to do anything about it! One woman could not stand it and had a very strong fight with the driver. Then the situation with the store is the same, well done, no ... well, then no. A little about the hotel, beautiful, comfortable, everything is there, everything is delicious, everyone is friendly.

Let's move on to the results of our stay in Moscow. Head Anna Nikolenko had never been to Moscow before, she went on this exciting journey with her boyfriend, who also had not been there before. Of course, she could not send, explain or tell something, because she did not even bother to prepare for this trip. She did not know where, what to be, where what opens, when it closes, where to go and how to get there, people used the navigator or the Internet in order to understand where to go and where else you can see something, because there is not much time. We had a guide Vera with us in Moscow, well, here I can mark 4 on a five-point scale. I have nothing more to write good, but also bad too. Our excursions always ended late, then there was a story with shops, as described earlier, late, closed, we didn’t have time, although there was an opportunity to make a stop along the way to run into a store or supermarket, okay, and this is not the most important thing in my review, it is to survive can.

Let's move on to January 31, the celebration of the NEW YEAR, the long-awaited holiday on RED SQUARE, as it was written in the price list! But alas, it did not work out here either!

To begin with, we were overwhelmed with excursions so that we didn’t have any strength at all, and it was on December 31, the rest of the days were not so intense, later I tell verbatim, someone to Anna said that Red Square is blocked on New Year’s Eve and no one will get there, since it’s very many people! This information was not verified, but apparently Anna decided that the source was reliable and offered the option to meet at 21:00 and take the metro to the bridge to watch the fireworks, asked Vera (the tour guide) how to get us, as a result, she got confused, turned the wrong way, although everyone has already said that we need to go in the other direction, okay, we all came together 30 people with grief in half to check if they were really not allowed into the square? I’ll answer you, but the truth was they didn’t let them in, after the organization was completely devoid of any meaning!

All the same, everyone is in anticipation of the holiday, but the mood gradually disappeared, it is pouring rain, the time is the beginning of the 11th, we find out what is next ... where to go ... Anna cannot find her bearings, five people are in search of a toilet, the mood is getting worse and worse ...

Further wet, cold on the bridge we watch fireworks, happy New Year guys, later the mood was completely lost because we found out that Red Square was not closed, but blocked in order to check for safety and later began to let everyone in, it was about 23 hours , but alas, we are on the bridge and, of course, the leader Anna did not know anything, because the easiest way is to believe the rumors than to find out for yourself. Anna did not show herself as the leader of the group, there was a feeling that she, like everyone else, just came to rest with her boyfriend. It was also surprising that it was not realistic to call Anna the first time, she simply did not pick up the phone. I can say that her statement that guys don’t get lost, since I don’t have your phone numbers, also delights and for dessert I’ll tell you how everyone thought we were there before leaving for any other point “SO, WELL, I SEEMS EVERYTHING IS ... "Head from God! This trip was given very hard, the holiday is ruined! The worst thing is that you realize that the road is long, and it’s not one or two hours to drive this wrecked car to get home. By the way, I think it’s worth mentioning that films are shown on the bus all the way back and forth. Do not think that this is good, the sound is so terrible that I wanted to shoot myself, and this is for a second about 12 hours of hell, back and forth, I’m generally silent about films, horror!

To conclude, I can say that we didn’t really see Rostov, since we arrived there only at night, and with the terrible windows of the bus, it’s impossible to see anything at all.

Separately, about Moscow, a magnificent city that left a lot of pleasant impressions! Big, beautiful, unforgettable! But the Black Sea Tour League and the leader Anna Nikolenko have nothing to do with the good impressions received from Moscow!

Finally, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this is not the first time I have chosen trips of this kind, and I write so categorically only because the previous companies showed themselves at a high level and the group leaders were on a solid five with a plus, unlike the Black Sea League and Anna Nikolenko, the head . Why the Black Sea League company was chosen, I will answer. In the office in which the tour was ordered, other companies were represented with which one could go, but the office employee strongly recommended the Black Sea Tour League and spoke very well of them, despite the fact that the ticket of this particular company was a little more expensive than the others, the choice fell on them, because they trusted the experience and knowledge of the tour operator, and the reviews were not bad.

I would like to end my story on a good note, Moscow is a magnificent, chic city that you definitely need to visit. People are very responsive, not evil, prompt, help. There are many emotions, life boils and boils there. That fabulous mood, that fairy tale that Moscow gives will remain in the heart forever.
