We found a company on the Internet, it was convenient to book and pay online, since it was inconvenient to go to the office after work. Thank God we all went in person.

We chose a hotel for a long time, we wanted to have a good rest, but the dates were limited. Finally, after looking at the reviews of various options for a long time, we settled on a good hotel and resolutely went to the office. We were sure that we were going on these dates, I almost wrote an application for leave at work, but it was not there. There are a lot of idlers in the office. Half are sitting, half are eating in the kitchen, and only 1 young lady is selling tours. She sat with some tourist for half an hour, then finally made time for us. We booked the same hotel, made a contract, but then I realized that the name of the hotel was completely different, to which the agent told us that it was just the old name from the previous owner. But, after checking with the operator, he confirmed that these are 2 different hotels! And on the map they stand side by side, it's not the same. And the reviews of the one she sold us are just terrible. About any 5 * and there is no question! Up to the fact that disposable plastic dishes are collected there, washed and re-served to guests.

I was outraged, we were already so determined to pack our bags and fly to rest, but here such a bummer. The agent apologized and thanked us for allegedly finding an error on the site)))))) But I doubt very much that such errors are acceptable. When you read reviews of one hotel, you pay its price, then you fly into a fake and see THIS. But there is nothing to be done and you "rest" in 3* together with 5*.

I strongly recommend not to contact them if you want a decent rest!
