I still don’t understand how booking a tour could be so complicated and fucked up. I got the impression that I was constantly imposed, although no, I am your client, you receive a commission from me for booking a tour and it is your job to guide me from paying there to receiving documents. How it was in my case:

1. Paid for the tour, then the call "there is an additional charge for the water park, you can not refuse it." Why is this not listed anywhere on the site? This is a stable surcharge, it is always there, they could have indicated this information on the site.

2. Incompetent booking manager. I was traveling with a friend, some hotels do not accommodate 2 men in 1 room. I asked the manager whether a particular hotel accommodates, the answer struck "do you have this list of hotels?quot;. Are you serious, should I have it? Am I a travel agent or are you?

3. Communication with customers is just disgusting. We bought a tour - silence, I had to call first. Confirmation of the tour - silence, no one reports. Receiving documents for the tour - silence, until we called, no one sent the documents. Getting a promo code for a taxi - silence, no one sends. Although we reminded 2 times.

And all why? The employees of the forwarder physically do not have time to qualitatively serve all requests for tours. The limited number of managers is very felt, hiring 1 or 2 managers would not have such a mess. Draw your own conclusions, but for now I recommend avoiding the fairway, there are many alternatives where you will really be served properly as a customer!
