First time taking a package tour. Rather, as an exception, since we were traveling with our parents, and we wanted to save ourselves from additional trouble. The always friendly manager Daria did not always provide correct information, both about the hotel, the tour, and about the situation in Albania for tourists during the pandemic. Much of the information had to be sought from other sources.
After arriving in Albania, we encountered a problem - the manager of our tour operator provided us with incorrect information regarding the room and its equipment. It was very unpleasant. Worse, she couldn't solve the problem she had created herself. Do not change the number to another one, or achieve at least a minimal refurbishment of the number, nothing ... The answer was "I don't lie, go to the operator's honeymoon tour" ... Convenient. The local operator, in turn, redirected us to Farvater. Vicious circle and lack of problem solving.
Regarding the correctness of the information about the Farvater room, they also found someone to blame: "Support before the Join Up tour operator, stink for the information on their sites, from which we read everything about the hotel and rooms." Once again convenient! What are you guys responsible for? Or what is your option. besides taking money from a tourist? Even the documents that they sent before the tour, we had to refill on the floor at the airport upon arrival...
Conclusion: I do not recommend Farvater.
