TURMEN is a company of scammers with experience, previously called Zeta - google reviews about the former Zeta - one people IGOR and NATALIA PETROVICH.

STAY OUT - these agents have NO partners in Montenegro.

In June 2013, we purchased a tour to Montenegro, Budva, Villa Adriatic, in TURMEN (LLC "Tourist office"), - a villa of 2012 with new furniture, 250 m from the sea.

Upon arrival, we were settled in a creepy old building without a name with huge black cockroaches, with falling furniture and frames falling out when opened, a room without a shower (only a washbasin), a shared kitchen in the hallway.

For relocation to the purchased villa, the Adriatic guide Krasnaya Tatiana extorted money from her, and she will help negotiate with the owner of our villa to find a place for us!!!!!!

Having received a refusal to pay extra, the guide left and no longer appeared at the hotel to resolve the issue, she did not answer phone calls.

We did not receive any assistance in response to our e-mails to Turmen during our stay on the territory of Montenegro. Upon her return, the Turkmen in the person of Igor Petrovich refused to pay compensation.

The principle of operation of TURMEN and their person in Montenegro, Tatyana RED (she also posts information about pilgrimage tours on the website putniki.at.ua):

1) ON THE WEBSITE OF TURMEN there are tours to good hotels for sale, with photos that tourists will like (these hotels really exist - but NOBODY IS GOING TO SET YOU THERE!)

2) a tourist in Turmenia buys a tour - and not under a contract for the provision of tourist services, but under an agreement of trust for a firm in Turmenia to pick up a tour on behalf of the tourist! (READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY - and leave the travel companies working under such an agreement).

3) the name of the host in the territory of Montenegro is not indicated in the turmen agreement, it is only in the voucher (Silver Holiday), but the company TURMEN has no legal relationship with the host and uses their name illegally.

4) in fact, as a host, you will be offered a boorish RED TATYANA, without a license for tourist escort, which locals know in Budva as an illegal broker selling excursions and pilgrimage tours.

5) guide Tatiana will meet you at the airport without a badge and a sign - remember this face, below will be a link to photo and video materials

6) then you will be dropped off at a gas station in Budva, referring to the fact that they are behind schedule and she does not have time to check you into a hotel, and the hostess of the villa will meet you and take you.

7) you go out, a person comes up to you and leads you somewhere, upon arrival you realize that this is not the villa you booked at all, you start calling Tatyana, but she says that there were no places in your villa, the booking failed and you will have to live here or resolve issues on your own - there are many villas for rent in Budva !!!!

8) when asked to come and solve the problem, TATYANA will tell you that she has already left Budva, she will not return and will probably come tomorrow!!!! We finally arrived on the 3rd day!

9) Of course, you are forced to settle in this villa, but you write a letter to Kyiv in Turmenia for help with resolving the issue, but they don’t even think to answer you and resolve issues with resettlement or compensation.

10) there were 12 such mistakenly accommodated tourists, all of them bought tours to different Villas (some even in another village of Becici), and the tours were of different classes of hotels and different prices from 190 to 600 euros, but at the behest of Tatyana they settled in the murdered Villa, with the excuse that there are no places in our villas.

11) WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!!!!: Selling a ticket to Turmen, Igor Petrovich already knew perfectly well that we would not live in the Villa that we were buying. HOW DOES TURMENIA WORK WITHOUT OFFICIAL PARTNERS IN MONTENEGRO?:

- tourists are met by Tatyana,

- brings to the gas station, where the owners of the Villas stand, in which there are free places and stupidly rent out rooms (as we have in the Crimea). As a rule, these are the owners of Villas of a poor level, which official tour operators do not sell.

- the owners of the Villas sort out tourists - then paying Tatyana% for the number of settled. They settle tourists, not taking into account which Villa and for what price you bought

- the owners bring you to the villa they want.

- If you are wondering why another villa, there is an iron reason your villa has run out of "overbooking, program crash" places.

AND HERE ALREADY ROULETTE!!! With a villa, you can get lucky, maybe a little unlucky, or how unlucky we are at all.

But you can’t change anything anymore, because. Tatyana will not answer your calls, but there is no office of the receiving party where you could come!

THIS IS THE SCHEME OF WORK OF TURMEN - they buy seats on the plane and thus attract tourists on last-minute dates. When places on the plane are already occupied in other travel agencies, there are places in TURMEN. You are happy to buy a tour without reading the contract, and upon arrival you are given a completely different villa, because they don’t even book anything for you in yours, because your hostess is waiting for you at the gas station)))))
