On August 21, we bought a tour to Montenegro for 7 nights with a departure on August 31 at 11 am.
On August 30, at about 9 pm, we accidentally learned that the morning flight was canceled for unknown reasons. After calling Igor Viktorovich Petrovich (Chief Manager of Turmenia or "Tourist Office"), we found out that the flight was postponed to September 1, 16:30 and, accordingly, to reduce the tour time by 1.5 days.
Naturally, the rescheduled flight did not take place due to the fact that Turmen did not pay money for the Jan Air carrier, but we already learned about this immediately before the flight, which did not take place.
About 100 people gathered at the airport, who purchased package tours or tickets for a charter flight from this tour operator (Turmenyu) in four different travel agencies.
The piquant moment of this story is that this charter should fly every Sunday, delivering tourists from Kyiv to Tivat, and picking up already rested tourists on the return flight. Since our flight did not depart, people have been at the Tivat airport for the second day without the opportunity to return home on pre-paid vouchers / tickets.
As a result, all the phones of the tour operator Turmen are switched off, the representatives of the airline make a helpless gesture, and people are hysterical.
