TK Welt sold us a ticket with a hotel under the guise of 3 *, and upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that our hotel could not accommodate us and settled in another hotel without stars. Thus, they deceive tourists and earn money on it. Don't get fooled! →

I put the average due to the fact that buses with broken backs that cannot be repaired even by the driver on the road at 33 o’clock are a tin. I hope that on a trip both there and back such a situation is in different buses, this is a terrible coincidence, nothing more. everything else is ok →

We booked a tour to Bansko before booking, but a month before departure we were told that they could not provide an early ordered service (rest 10 days) and offered 7 or 14 with an additional charge, we decided to pay extra for 14 days after 1.5 weeks, they again said that 14 days they can’t then we refused at all, but the payment was in euros and returned in UAH at the exchange rate on the day of payment. →

For the 3rd year in a row we have been resting in Bulgaria from TK-Velt, we have never had any problems, they will always help and advise in everything .... great guys in general! The buses are one of the most comfortable, this year the number of hours on the road was a pleasant surprise! "Ski Bulgaria" - bus tour from the tour operator "TK-Velt" from 28.12.2013 – 05.01.2014. The bus trip was a total nightmare!!! The tour operator "TK-Velt" worked disgustingly. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, NEVER contact this tour operator. We traveled many times by bus tours, mainly Accord-tour, but this is the first time we meet such an attitude towards tourists and the tour operator TK-Welt was contacted for the first and last time. →

It was our first time on a bus tour and we enjoyed it very much. Excellent buses, well developed route, very good drivers. Our guide, Vladimir Nikolaevich, organized everything well, showed good films. There is one wish: Vladimir Nikolaevich! You are doing everything right, do not pay attention to tourists who demand some special treatment for themselves and their families. →

We bought a bus tour for two to Bulgaria on Sunny Beach from September 1 to September 13, 2013. We drove from Kharkov. Firstly, we concluded for ourselves that we should fly to Bulgaria. The move was difficult, and if it all ended with the fact that it was just long, dreary and Ukrainian roads (it was fun worse than a roller coaster). We traveled by bus to Bulgaria from Kharkov in July 2013. Having extensive experience in bus travel in Europe, I was simply shocked by this company. The bus was old, about 20 years old, no less, all shabby, dirty. The guide Vladimir looked the same Tolochko is just as untidy. The drivers are two shaggy, untidy Bulgarians. Vladimir Tolochko, our guide, was very rude to the passengers, even got into a verbal skirmish with one of the tourists, in which he won, which he was very proud of until the end of the trip. →
