Terrible attitude towards tourists

"Ski Bulgaria" - bus tour from the tour operator "TK-Velt"

from 28.12.2013 – 05.01.2014. The bus trip was a total nightmare!!! The tour operator "TK-Velt" worked disgustingly. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, NEVER contact this tour operator. We traveled many times by bus tours, mainly Accord-tour, but this is the first time we meet such an attitude towards tourists and the tour operator TK-Welt was contacted for the first and last time.

I'll start with the inconveniences in order. The bus was waiting for tourists in Kyiv at VDNKh. From the Kiev railway station to VDNKh you need to get by metro with 3 transfers, in time it is 40-50 minutes. Whereas it is much more convenient for the bus to drive up to the railway station and pick up tourists there, as the city of Lviv does, because most vacationers most often travel by train.

We got on the bus, knowing our places - sat down, and no one asked who we were? Nobody marked our names, places, etc…. We sit for 15 minutes on the bus, a call to the mobile: “Where are you?”. (And we have been on the bus for a long time). Then some guy got on the bus, did not introduce himself, shook his head and left, not even wishing "Happy journey" as is usually done. We set off, and immediately felt the delights of an uncomfortable bus: no steps, no folding table, no pocket for things. There are 47 people in the bus, the distance between the seats is minimal. If a person is large or tall, it may not fit at all. The bus, according to all indications, is not intended for long-distance travel. After this trip, we specifically took an interest in this painful issue. And as it turned out, there are buses in which there are 2 fewer seats, thus the distance between the rows is greater, and we were stuffed like a herring in a jar. And we drove not more, not less than 40 hours, instead of the supposed 32's. There was no accompanying group, which was one of the reasons for such a long journey. There is no one to ask organizational questions, only 2 drivers, but they have a different mission. Therefore, at stops, tourists dispersed according to their needs, not knowing after what period of time they needed to be in their places. After the first stop, we almost left 2 tourists, because no one was responsible for us. And we haven't had time to remember each other yet. In Bulgaria, in the city of Bansko, we were supposed to arrive at 14:00, and arrived at 22:00, as the drivers did not know the road and strayed, focusing on the navigator. It is very irresponsible to carry so many people with children to such a distance without knowing the way. In another moment, the tour operator "TK-Welt" acted in relation to the vacationers without giving a damn. They put 2 girls on a tourist bus as if they were on a regular bus, who had to be brought to Sofia, and this is a big detour if you look at the map of Bulgaria. The tour operator "TK-Welt" saved on everything they could, thereby spoiling the mood of all tourists even before the start of the holiday. Unlike TK-Welt in Ukraine, the TURAL host in Bulgaria did a great job. Despite our late arrival, the guys greeted us cordially. Promptly taken to the hotels and wished a great holiday. At any time, you could contact them for any question - they will advise, help without any problems. Thank them very much!

My advice to you, never contact the tour operator "TK-Welt"!
