HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

If you want to have a good vacation, FIND ANOTHER TRAVEL COMPANY!!! They ruined our vacation! My boyfriend and I decided in the summer of 2010 to go to the Black Sea to the Iron Port, made an advance payment for the fare. They gave a piece of paper (like a receipt), they said they would call and let you know where sending the bus. DID NOT CALL! We thought we had forgotten. Fortunately, the expected departures were not far from our house. We got together, prepared food on the road and came to wait for the bus (I stood in one place with bags, and the guy in another). People began to approach We were glad. there will be a bus! They didn’t care about our vacation and time and money and food. And everything was calculated for us to the smallest detail. THEY FUCKED OUR HOLIDAY!!! after COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED NERVES!!!

IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUITABLE!

There are many other good agencies. Plan your vacation through them, my advice to you!
