Traveled with "Siesta" in St. Petersburg March 25-30, 2013 Despite the low price, the trip was just wonderful. All excursions according to the program were completed without any problems. We went to Croatia through the Siesta company. Tickets, vouchers and insurance received 4 days before departure. Everything was organized very well: flight, transfer. The apartments in which we lived fully corresponded to the provided photos and even exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the manager Yulia Khomenko for organizing our holiday. →

Our tour to Montenegro, Petrovac took place from 16/07 to 26/07 and was prepared by the tour operator "Siesta", more precisely, a division in Saksaganskogo, Kyiv. Siesta was not the first company we approached. The staff of other companies behaved in a way that gave the impression of absolute disinterest in customers and their money. Siesta is a company of scammers. They work through intermediaries, the tour operator is one name. Boorish attitude and ignoring requests for the issuance of documents, questions about the tour program. Documents are issued at the last moment, without explanation. Hotels according to the program are changed to cheaper hotels. A complete mess between Siesta and the host. →

We bought a tour from this malicious operator to the BONO villa in Budva (Montenegro) ..... everywhere it is indicated that DBL rooms with sea views ... and what was our surprise when we opened the curtains and saw the wall of the neighboring building ((((( it was just a shock! the staff of the host....Pilona...clearly explained that Siesta knew perfectly well what numbers she was selling. →
