After monitoring the Internet, we came to the conclusion that the hotel was lower in the rating, but what was our surprise that on the TUI website, the tour to the proposed hotel was 350 euros cheaper. →

They flew to Spain with Tui ... The negative was this: 1. When at the Boryspil airport, she took documents from a representative of the company and asked to make a photocopy of her passport, she refused, referring to the fact that Tui's company does not provide such a service! 2. After an excursion to Barcelona, ​​at half past eleven at night, we were dropped off the bus 2 blocks from the hotel (with three children), and they said: "Walk!". →

The holiday package was positioned as a tour: a holiday in Calella and then 4 days in Barcelona. In fact, not a single word of the operator Yulia Prannik turned out to be true! The documents for the tour did not even indicate the addresses of the hotels !!! And I had to get from Calella to Barcelona on my own, and without having the address of the hotel in Barcelona. →

I don't write reviews at all. But this, as they say, is sore. I am an employee of a travel company, I booked a tour in the UAE for my VIP tourists to the Madinat Hotel), while ordering an individual transfer. It so happened that my tourists were a little late, while it never occurred to them that the taxi would leave, because this is an individual transfer, and it costs a lot of money. →

The company organized a great vacation for us. Firstly, the manager Victoria Silkovskaya worked very well with us. Two days before departure, there was a terrorist attack in Burgas, and Victoria informed us everything in a timely manner, figured out how we would fly, whether they would send us to Varna. Called five times a day to clarify this or that information. →

Frankly speaking, the employees of this travel agency on Perov Boulevard have formed an extremely negative impression of the travel agency. The trip was planned for several months. Called any travel agency. But somehow this one endeared itself, and it’s convenient to get to them. Three times I came, frankly, they hung noodles on my ears that I really chose the tour to which I really chose, everyone goes, everyone likes it. →

The essence of the problem: sadly, there is no organization of recreation =( In anticipation of a vacation, we bought a ticket to Croatia for two. I have no complaints about service in Kyiv, the operator told everything, showed everything, called privately and was generally great. I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Grand Hotel Orebic feeds deliciously, entertains well and generally loves its visitors dearly. →

We have long discovered this company for ourselves and do not change for anyone. What service, what prices - girls make a discount from the price of tour operators at least 3%, maximum - ... :-). And very conscientious managers. →
