A complaint was made that was not answered at all. →
When leaving the hotel, a surprise awaited us: we were not on the transfer lists. The hotel guide Tui Tofik clarified this issue until 21:00 and then said that the tour operator had not paid for the return transfer and we had to get to the airport ourselves !!!! This was said to my face, and when I showed the voucher where the transfer was entered and asked why, upon check-in, I was not notified that the transfer was only one way, he did not answer me. →
As of the order date (mid-June 2021), the Maya World Imperial Hotel (Kemer, Beldibi) was marked "RECOMMENDED" on the TUI operator's website. After a ton of negativity from dozens of tourists (non-working air conditioners in the heat of +50, heating "refrigerator", room without windows, etc.), on returning home (in a week) - junk hotel as "RECOMMENDATIONS". →

This was our first vacation from TUI in Egypt.
