The company did the job for 5 without a plus)) upon arrival they gave the bus number, but its driver, who did not speak English at all, did not take us. He showed me his list, like we are not there, wait for the next one. An employee of the company tried to talk to him, but he sat down and drove off into the sunset. There were 10 people like us, they decided on a new bus for us within 30-40 minutes, but even there the driver blunted and brought it to the wrong hotel, but this is not the fault of the company, but rather the driver, our hotel was 100 meters away and was called almost the same. →

1 Settlement: Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no available rooms. Tui's firm left us (3 families) to our own devices and with a promise that a hotel guide would come tomorrow and solve all the problems, but they brought us to the hotel at 23:00. The hotel administrator immediately offered to arrange us in his second hotel Rios Latte (which is even better than this). →

We love Hurghada many times, we rested, enjoyed the sea, the sun, and a large company decided to visit the TIA hotel. And it was not a hotel, but a cave. We went for 11 days and WE DID NOT SEE our operator, who should accompany us throughout the rest of TUI. We were offered to find it ourselves - is this a joke? When did tourists look for a tour operator? No, this is not a joke - this is a disgrace . →

The manager found really normal prices for our requests, told in detail what to expect from the hotel / country, answered our questions, although we were not going to take anything from her yet. They are not interested in the fact that the flight was rescheduled for 10 hours and we slept at the airport, the train tickets burned out. →
