Good afternoon. My name is Julia, I lead groups to Greece. After reading this comment, I was very surprised, because after the arrival, each participant of the tour said a lot of kind words, we discussed plans for our future trips. I asked a question to our tourists who were with us on this tour. I think the words of the participants of the trip will speak for themselves:
“I read this terrible comment and was horrified. My husband was even more outraged by this, in my opinion, because we don’t understand at all who could write such a disgusting thing. When emotions subsided a little, we began to analyze who it could be, because our group we know well, and still didn’t understand who is so evil and unfair.After reading the first phrase "my boyfriend and I..." we were even more surprised.Neither my husband, nor two men who also rested with families under this definition, unfortunately, they haven't been suitable for a long time. And none of us could have written such a nasty thing a priori. And besides them there was only one guy who was vacationing with his wife, but in no case should you think about it.

And then I started reading, and I see .... that many were lucky with the tours. It kind of looks weird. We had an incompetent guide and guide, which ruined the whole tour. I can’t say anything about the company itself, because the intermediary ordered a tour for us.
So don't blame your competitors! This review was written by people not from your trip. And about the buses: how can I see them in advance???? If on the penultimate day, usually only an info sheet is sent, and there you see a lot of changes (not for the better). And nothing can be changed! (((

The experience of bus tours is 10 years. There have always been comfortable buses (others are not allowed into Europe), the drivers also came across professionals in their field. Just when going on a bus tour, you need to be aware that this journey will be a little tiring, but very informative. We went with Selena to Greece on 06/21/2013. It was an amazing acquaintance with three countries: Romania, Greece, Bulgaria. Drivers Igor and Andrey, accompanying Yulia Movchan, made the best impression. I have recommended Selena to my friends. I also want to add that among my friends there are people for whom the best vacation is Turkey and Egypt, and Europe does not impress them, although we rested together in 5 * in Croatia. People who are dissatisfied with everything are common, so you should not be upset because of them.

If you are such a vaunted company, then be able to admit your mistakes! and you don’t need to talk to people who paid you a lot of money, so to speak ... just apologize that the cart turned out to be too tough for you .. before you swing at the big name of the tour company, first recruit competent people (employees) and to customers at - treat people like people ... before and AFTER you were paid !!! ... we saved up a whole year for a vacation and YOU sported it ........

Weird! How many accusations. My husband and I travel a lot, but for the first time with Selena, I found a very convenient tour on the internet. And since the travel agency was not known to us, then, of course, they checked. A review of decency was given by my native Crimean tour. operator, but I still went to the office, I was in Kyiv on business. They were warmly welcomed, discussed again, clarified the details. Yes, the information sheet comes late, I always joke - "whatever you want, but we already left the house. We sat down in Chernivtsi, Yulia greeted us very friendly. The bus is comfortable, the drivers are attentive, even garbage bags were distributed. We were very lucky with the group, the road is not tiring You can write a lot about the tour, there are practically no cons, one wish, not only ours, it is advisable to consider a stop for a hot lunch on the way back, well, pre-arrange with a roadside restaurant, this is already on the territory of Ukraine, that's all the same night moving and again sandwiches.The host girls Elena and Marina really liked. I liked the hotel in Platomonus - "Dias", the room on the sea and the evening music did not irritate, on the contrary, pleasant melodies, this is not gop-tsa-tsa, the Greeks are very calm and very caring hosts, and the guests, that is, we, must reckon with customs people. The cuisine is excellent, the waiter will help you choose the wine, there are many girls from Ukraine, they even suggested a brand of coffee for gifts. I have no doubt that the whole group of the tour from 16 will support me. 08-28. 08. 13. the rest was a success and many thanks to the staff of "Selena".
