Unforgettable city of St. Petersburg

Just returned from a week-long tour to St. Petersburg. I want to immediately share my impressions and thank Selena Tour for the trip organized at a high level. Everything that was proposed in the tour program, everything was done. Wonderful tours, very interesting, polite guides. Impressions of the city are simply extraordinary and unforgettable, much brighter than I expected. Special thanks to our guide, Alla, thanks to her organization and composure, we managed to visit many places that were not planned according to the program. When you go to St. Petersburg, be sure to agree to all additional excursions, you will not regret a single one. There was one nuance that could spoil the magical impressions of the tour, we had one tourist who lost her passport and tried to shift her problems onto the shoulders of all vacationers, but even here, in my opinion, the representatives of the tour operator did everything in their power to solve Problems. I understand this situation can happen to anyone, but when the tour operator called the embassy himself, found out and explained what needs to be done, this problem could be solved in a few hours, and not stretched out for the entire tour. But most importantly, thanks to the trip, I met wonderful people, I hope we will have joint trips, especially since I have decided on a tour operator. Sincerely, Julia.
