The many-faced city of Petra

I would like to share with all visitors of the site my impressions of simply the most beautiful trip to St. Petersburg from 09/08/12 to 09/14/12, organized by Selena Tour.

Warm communication with the travel agency began with an information sheet, carefully sent to my e-mail. It contained the most diverse information regarding the trip - the expected weather in St. Petersburg, what things to take, how long it takes to travel, at customs, how much money to take. And all this information is presented in a very pleasant humorous form. Many thanks to the company, it was very nice.

The actual trip. The weather did not let us down, I never had to open an umbrella, it was warm and sunny. The tour program is bright and full of excursions, but thanks to the clear organization of the group leader - Alla, everything went just flawlessly. Thanks to Alla, a lot of difficult problems were solved, such as documents lost by one of the tourists. It was thanks to Alla that everything was safely resolved. Special thanks to Alla for the warmth and constant care of the group.

And Allochka is an excellent photographer.

Speaking about the organization of the tour, it is impossible not to mention the clean bus and drivers - Andrey and Oleg. We rushed home faster than it was stated in the program. They were successful everywhere, there were never any problems.

Hotel "Brigantina" at the volleyball academy. Its location forgives some of its shortcomings - very thin walls and one socket for a TV and a refrigerator at the same time (it is solved by an adapter, but I didn’t have it with me). But, the hotel is located in an exceptionally picturesque place. Around a beautiful park area, luxury residential buildings, clean air. Metro stations are located 15 minutes walk from the hotel (in different directions). A magnificent park near the Krestovsky Ostrov metro station and the Russian Disneyland Divoostrov (ibid.). Too bad you can't insert a photo. The places are picturesque!

Nutrition. Breakfast at the hotel and lunch and dinner (as it turned out on excursions) in the cafe of the city. The food is excellent. I'm picky about food, but even then, I have no complaints. The only thing is that there are few potato dishes and more pasta, but apparently this is a distinctive feature of the Russian menu. In any case - nourishing food: the first, second, third and fourth (salad).

All the time we had a guide with us - Ekaterina Ivanovna, in love with Pushkin and St. Petersburg, a pleasant woman in every respect, and, moreover, a talented storyteller. She quoted Pushkin so often that when I got home, the first thing I did was re-read The Bronze Horseman. :)

Having been on the tour "The many-faced city of Peter", I decided on a travel agency. Now I will travel only with Selena-tour. Thanks to the company for the work and for taking care of the clients-tourists.

P.S. Still, it is a pity that it is impossible to show here the beauty that I saw on this wonderful trip!!!
