It happens SO bad luck (((

I wanted to warn everyone about the services of the Selena-tour company. I read the reviews, many are satisfied with the trips. But for some reason we were not lucky (((((((

We bought vouchers from the Expressia company, and when the info sheets were sent, it turned out that we were being taken by Selena Tour, and the program changed slightly. And when they got on the bus, the program changed even more. Those. The surprises started from day one. (I never advise buying tours from intermediaries !!!).

We had a tour from June 24 to June 29 in St. Petersburg for the White Nights. The bus was not the most comfortable, but tolerable. And the drivers are terrible, it seems that they just hate all the tourists, and did everything to spoil the rest. We had to beg for sanitary stops, they did not know the roads, we most often stopped in the forest, all the way we washed our hands from bottles. This is not the first time I travel by bus, and I have never seen anything like this !!!!!! Although Russian gas stations are not as hospitable as European ones. But if you were going to carry people, then you could somehow prepare. They had no maps or navigators. They watched films from the Soviet years or the 95th quarter, they didn’t even prepare anything on the subject of St. Petersburg. And about tea, coffee on the bus, why was it written incomprehensibly? When you asked the drivers for just boiling water, they almost destroyed you with their eyes!

The head of the group Svetlana ........., this is just an aunt who was asked to go to St. Petersburg with us. Incompetent at nothing. She ran all the time, fussed, could not really answer a single question, called the company's main office all the time, where she was ignored. In general, I immediately understood - the trip was "successful" !!!!

On the first day after the overnight move, we were supposed to have a sightseeing tour, and then check into a hotel. But plans have changed again! In the morning we were again dropped off in the forest, we washed ourselves from a bottle and changed clothes in a landing with mosquitoes; and in such a "beautiful" form they took us to the Hermitage!!! Can you imagine our condition?????? We walked through the halls from the chair to the sofa, we wanted to eat, sleep and wash....... In general, we cultivated! And even before the Hermitage we were supposed to be fed in a cafe, but with our super-drivers we lost time, and this moved up to 5 hours. Can you imagine, from the very morning until 5 the tourists were hungry?????!!!!! And Svetlana said that she could not do anything. In general, as a result, when we got to the cafe, we realized that we could not have waited for this !!!! Borscht made from water and beets, coleslaw and compote - "really" strengthened our strength!

Then there was a settlement ....... The hotel is a former hostel of trade unions. You understand what is there. The rooms are still nothing, even with refrigerators, and the bathroom is on the block, and not in the cleanest condition!!! One joy - there was a Bukharestskaya metro station nearby, and you could always hit the road to the city. In the morning there was breakfast ……… (sobbing!). In the children's camp the food was better.

Fat Soviet aunts threw sticky pasta and a glass of clear tea on your tray, and shouted grab another bun, you'll need it)))) Well, have you met such continental breakfasts for 3 stars somewhere??? ))))

In short, exhaling ....., we went on excursions. Then we were already taught, and went on current excursions, which were included in the price (out of 10, we had 7 and a half of them). And when free time was given, we went to the city, ate normal food, walked along Nevsky and got acquainted with the city. And those who didn’t learn anything during the trip traveled with buses for lunch, lost 2-4 hours on the way, ate incomprehensible food (and every day lunch was in a new cafe, even worse than the previous one).

Those. Having drawn conclusions and created our own program, we managed to have a good rest in St. Petersburg! And the employees of the Selena-Tour company would like to say that it is necessary not only to take money from people, but also to provide at least some services so that they would like to contact you again; instead of jumping out of the bus, having entered only Kyiv, which is faster to leave it !!!!!

And further. They say find out information in advance, look at what you will ride, where to live !!!! It's useless. Information changes without you and not in your favor. But reading reviews about the FIRM and its employees will give more sense. Then you will not worry, even if you change the tour program or the hotel.
