Incompetent travel agency

On New Year's Eve, we decided to please 30 children with a tour of the city of Kiev. We live 800 km from the capital. The tour operator offered us an introductory 4-hour tour of the city, with a visit to all the sights, a tour of the factory of New Year's toys (which is very useful for the New Year's mood), a comprehensive 2 meals a day and (most importantly) a comfortable bus from the morning meeting at the railway station until the evening departure to the railway station.

As a result, on the night before the children arrived in the capital (December 18), heavy snow began to fall (which was a complete surprise for the tour operator and the city as a whole). The bus did not come to the children. The travel agency sent only a walking guide (about him a little later). The guide took our children through sleet interspersed with icy water and piercing wind in circles through the same "sights". When the accompanying children asked the guide to change the tour to visit some museums, exhibitions, master classes (which are located indoors), the guide uttered a brilliant phrase: "HERE I DECIDE EVERYTHING." Although, the travel agency provides a SERVICE, and in the service sector, the client is always right. This "miracle guide" (judging by the reviews below, people got the same happiness) really promoted separatism. Out of place and out of place, the children were told about the pioneers, about Lenin, about Kotovsky and others like them. After the correct remark of the escort to change the subject of the tour, it was sent to the well-known address in plain text. This was heard by all 30 children of different ages. And this despite the fact that the accompanying woman is a teacher, a person of respectable age!!! This is just disgusting and humiliating!

We fed our children in an institution (also provided by the "brilliant" tour operator), intended only for completely healthy people. The food was so fatty that after eating vermicelli, carefully poured with vegetable oil by the cooks, several children began to feel nauseous even before they left the institution.

In the end, this whole day (December 19, St. Nicholas Day), which, according to expectations, was supposed to bring children only positive emotions, brought only negativity, disappointment, anger and fatigue. Children froze on the street with wet feet to the most internal organs. It's just unthinkable!!!

I believe that the tour operator was OBLIGED to change the route map, to provide a bus (albeit a little later, after the roads were cleared), not to drive children on foot in wet snow and a chilling wind.

I do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! The incompetence is simply unthinkable for this kind of service.

People, read the reviews on the sites and do not get into such situations!
