We were going on a one-day tour (Buki + Alexandria), the cost was acceptable 159 UAH + 45 UAH entrance tickets. Upon arrival at the metro Palace Ukraine (8.00), the guide, who had to wait, said that the tour was canceled due to a bus breakdown. Therefore, we must call back from the travel agency and offer the same tour on another day or a refund. according to the guide, we were supposed to call back within 30 minutes, but no one called me back until 20.00, and I had to call myself. It seems that they have 1 bus for all trips, and in general why the vehicle operation standards are not observed, the bus must stand for at least 8 hours after the previous trip. All in all, we won't use this company again.
