The boorish and unprofessional behavior of the guide, who is engaged in separatism. When I made a remark to the guide in the correct form and said that it was enough to glorify Russia at every turn, he began to be rude to me and said that I could complain anywhere. Muscovy has nothing to do with Kievan Rus, but he believes that if you listen to modern historians, you can go nuts (these are his words). But I think that during a tour of Ukraine, you can not talk about this at all and not remember the aggressor country that supplies weapons to our territory and kills Ukrainians. I called the office of the tour operator Svetlana Tur, but they answered me that I could not buy excursions from them and they had three good reviews for this tour. Although there were also three of us, they did not want to take our opinion into account, but simply hung up. Customers are not valued here and everyone behaves in a boorish way, from the guide to the employees in the office. This is the worst tour operator!!! I have never seen such rude people...
