Terrible tour organization

We bought a tour for the holiday weekend "Shatsk Lakes and Belovezhskaya Pushcha" in this company. We do not want to say that we did not like the excursions, but the organization of the tour leaves much to be desired. Start over. . . We purchased the tour about ten days before the start. Since the move was at night, they promised a comfortable bus, good places. It turned out that a small Volkswagen drove us, while the seats went to the "gallery", which rest against the trunk and do not unfold for sleep. For five hours we rode hunched over with the letter "zyu". Terribly tired, my head and back ached. At the beginning of the fifth morning our tour group was brought to Kovel to the hotel. However, no one was going to accommodate us, even the luggage was not allowed to be unloaded. They said wait 12 days. Many stayed to sleep on the bus, but we, since our seats did not unfold, were forced to contact the reception and, for an additional fee (as for a day of stay), buy three hours of sleep on beds in an economy class room. At eight in the morning we were fed and we went to the museum of Lesya Ukrainka, which, of course, did not work on Independence Day of Ukraine. This is the second thing that upset me. But not the last. . . Next on the program - Shatsk. The weather, unfortunately, did not please, the air temperature was about 13 degrees, the wind, it was cold. Forecasters promised warming the very next day, but anyway, it was on that day that we were taken to freeze to the lakes. Only a couple of the most courageous people bathed, the rest had to toil for six hours on the shore or go around the souvenir market and the territory of sanatoriums one hundred and twenty-five times in order to somehow pass the time. Couldn't the guide and organizers have adjusted the tour program and moved the trip to the lakes to a warmer day, and on this one, let's say, show us Belovezhskaya Pushcha or Lutsk?! By the way, about Belarus. Belovezhskaya Pushcha is perhaps the only thing that impressed me the most. Amazing place with great energy. We recommend to all travelers (only not from Svetlana-tour). Brest is also a beautiful and very clean city. We looked at the local fortress. It is a pity that there was very little time for excursions around Belarus. It takes many hours to cross the border. We didn’t even have time to go to a cafe to try national dishes. As a result, 40 Belarusian rubles (about 550 UAH), which the guide recommended to buy in order to eat, were brought back to Ukraine. We will definitely come to Belarus again, but on our own. About the guide. . . We were accompanied by Konstantin. In no case do we want to offend him, but it seems that the person is simply out of place. It would probably be better for him to teach history at school. It does not have that zest, charisma, which is necessary for communicating with people, as, for example, our guide in Belovezhskaya Pushcha has. We'll probably end here. Improvements to the tour operator "Svetlana-tour"!
