didn't make it to the tour

Good afternoon. I have had very bad luck with this company. Perhaps it was just a negligent and unscrupulous employee. Tried to enroll my daughter on a tour to Greece for the summer holidays. Called three times. They told me that my phone number was recorded, the date of departure is about to be determined exactly, this and that, they will call you back, etc. Then I called back, for the fourth time, I got on the manager Cyril - he literally scolded me. He said that I was not serious, I didn’t send an application by e-mail, all the places were occupied for a long time, so what is the conversation about. But before, no one mentioned the application in a word, but on the contrary, they said that my phone is there, everything is there, we are specifying the dates.

Here is such a story. I think it was unprofessional and dishonest. And in the version with Cyril, it is simply impolite.

It turned out ugly.
