Our group also found itself in this situation when they replaced
bus ride to England for air travel. But we treated with understanding, and believed that everything would be fine. The Santa Valentine team did their best to develop alternative options for our trip. By the way, travel agencies depend on consulates, which can let them down in terms of issuing documents. We thank Saint Valentine that they managed to adequately get out of this situation.
